ABOUT ME

My name is Charlotte Anderson and with nearly 20 years' experience in agency new business and marketing, I've honed a thoughtful, considered approach to business development. I craft tailored strategies, operational models, and implementation plans that mirror each client's unique personality, ambition, and level of investment. I put myself into client’s businesses, so whereas some Consultants work remotely and at arm’s length, I work shoulder-to-shoulder with agencies, co-creating, iterating and embedding processes and new behaviours. I have found this approach maximises each client's potential for success no matter where they are on their growth journey.

Chloe Matharu is an accomplished in-house and agency leader, with a broad range of skills across brand, marketing and strategy. After spending the first decade of her career in big brand agencies, Chloe co-founded an agency start-up which she successfully built and led for 7 years before moving client side as CMO of the Valuable 500. There, she directed a series of highly successful large scale pitches for multi award-winning work including brand strategy, brand visual / verbal identity, Social media management, Influencer partnerships and brand partnerships. Chloe is passionate about DE&I and finding opportunities for inclusion to drive brand growth. Today, Chloe works with UK and US brands, client and agency side, to commission and co-ordinate large scale projects for companies like Sephora, Coca-Cola and Molson Coors.

Charlotte Anderson is an award-winning business development professional with over 20 years of experience leading new business and marketing functions across a diverse range of agencies, from small independents to global networks. Her expertise spans all agency disciplines with notable tenures at Havas Creative Network and Havas CX, FCB Inferno, Tribal Worldwide, Rufus Leonard and VCCP. Charlotte has worked on countless pitches, acting as the key point of contact between the client and the agency pitch team. Pitch wins include: Macmillan, Odeon, Premier Inn, Stagecoach Bus UK, AA, Pizza Express, London Business School, British Red Cross, BUPA, BBC and Department for Education.
